Ideas? Suggestions? Contributions?

We're always on the lookout for new content. Our goal is to be a design community hub and a valuable resource for information that reflects the unique nature of design in our city and the collective personality of our chapter.

We encourage our members to submit proposals and ideas for story ideas. Features, articles, interviews, profiles, tips and more. Contributions that are interesting, inspiring and educational. If you are passionate about the practice and business of design, would like to contribute to our chapter and would like to see your name in pixels, we want to hear from you.

Our site visitors include professional designers, design students, and other professionals that interact with the design community. Your contribution should appeal to current and potential AIGA members and should reflect issues relevant to this community. Subject matter can include sales and marketing, bookkeeping, presentation skills, product reviews, etc. It can range from how to work with printers or programmers to how to interview potential employees. From how to find work in a tough marketplace to an interview with a leading designer. This is an opportunity for you to share your experience and views with our membership, as well as be a sounding board for your own writing and publications.

We're also looking for members to be featured in our "Member Spotlight" column. The column is a short interview format, will feature different members, and will be rotated on a regular basis.

If you're interested, please send your proposal or a note to the online committee's Rob Bynder. Send proposals in plain text and included in the body of the email - do not include attachments or full articles. We will contact you if we are interested in your idea.
